NELA- New England Livery Association has a total of 250 members and has negotiated a voluntary insurance program with Hanover Insurance Company and Worcester Insurance Company via the Wolpert Insurance Agency (The Livery Exchange Program) which will substantially reduce insurance costs across the board for member companies.

Wolpert Insurance Agency- The agency that offers the Livery Exchange program along with several other transportation based programs including Sharp Truck, Fleet Safety, and Sharp Car. This agency has over 50 years underwriting experience in the transportation industry and has always been interested in maintaining a strong customer service focus both in commercial and personal insurance.
